Practical Information CIALIS is issued only on prescription.

Cialis can be taken between 30 minutes and 12 hours before sexual activity.

Cialis is the one with the longest duration of action: the efficacy of tadalafil may persist up to 36 hours after dosing.

There are now two types of CIALIS.

The forms of CIALIS to 10 mg and 20 (boxes of 4 or 8 tablets) are used on demand, without exceeding a daily (and it is preferable not to use these strengths on a daily basis).

The forms of CIALIS at 2.5 and 5 mg (packs of 28 tablets) are adapted to the daily and must be taken every day.

Cons-indications /
Precautions CIALIS-cons in men with heart disease and in whom sexual activity is indicated cons (infarction within 3 months, unstable angina, heart failure, stroke within 6 months, cardiac arrhythmias, etc. .), or if you are allergic to any of the constituents.

Consult your doctor before taking CIALIS renal failure.

CIALIS must be used with caution in patients with anatomical deformation of the penis, or diseases predisposing to priapism (prolonged and painful erection) as sickle cell disease, myeloma or leukemia.

CIALIS is not indicated in women or patients under 18 years.

Cialis should be prescribed after a medical examination and a search for possible causes of erectile dysfunction.

The elderly should not take Cialis under medical supervision.

The drivers and machine operators must be aware of the risks inherent in CIALIS (dizziness, flushing).

 
Interaction
drug Cialis may interact with ketoconazole and potentially with erythromycin, ritonavir or saquinavir, clarithromycin, itraconazole and grapefruit juice. It can also interact with rifampin, phenobarbital, phenytoin and carbamazepine.

It should not be associated with nitrates which potentiates the hypotensive action (cons indication).

 
Overdose Overdose may manifest as an increase in adverse reactions to the product. If in doubt, contact the poison center nearest you.
